Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to return an item

Email skywavescrystal@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, SkyWaves will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense and instructions for sending your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

Return your item first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

European Union orders

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email skywavescrystal@gmail.com.
